In today’s fast-paced world, cultivating gratitude can transform individuals and communities by fostering well-being, strengthening relationships, and enhancing connection. This workshop with Joy Brings Light offers a space for reflection, practical tools for embedding gratitude into daily life, and culminates in a restorative sound bath experience. Patrons are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring a blanket or yoga mat if desired.
After the presentation, you’ll have the option to stay for self-directed activities designed to help you apply what you’ve learned. All supplies for these activities will be provided.
This free event is open to adults 19+ and online registration is required. Registration opens Dec. 16th.
