Read the book, watch the movie and then join in a lively discussion about both! Meet at Abrahams to watch the film “Mean Girls,” based on the book “Queen Bees and the Wannabes” by Rosalind Wiseman.

When a young girl who has lived in Africa and been homeschooled moves to New York, she must enter a public high school. Survival of the fittest takes on a whole new meaning when she falls for the ex-boyfriend of the most popular girl in school.

Mean Girls is rated PG-13. Light refreshments provided by Omaha Public Library.

Discussions are led by OPL staff and are open to everyone.
