Join us for a special program designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and balance. This program will explore simple, accessible techniques to calm the mind, relax the body, and build resilience in an ever-changing world. This program includes: gentle, seated movements (no special clothing or equipment required), breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe the nervous system, imagery practices to cultivate peace and positive thinking, and take-home resources to continue your practice. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, care for your overall well-being, or simply carve out a little time to reconnect with yourself, this series offers practical tools to support you. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and at ease. All are welcome! This is a free event for adults 19+. Space is limited. Online registration is required and opens Tuesday, April 15. All Omaha Public Library locations are wheelchair accessible. Need sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event? Please email Nancy Novotny at NNovotny@omahalibrary.org to request accommodation. Requests must be made at least five business days before the activity or event. |
