Not worth the paper used to print it. Thank goodness I didn't buy this and loaned it from the library!

The recipe carb counts are completely wrong, always far underestimating the carb values. A recipe that calls for sugar, flour, cheese, or crackers is NOT going to be zero carbs. Many of the recipes aren't even changed, meaning that 15 carbs per serving, or more, is their idea of low-carb eating. Oh, and have some wheat crackers with that dip, while you're at it.

I think this book was put together to cash in on the low carb movement by a company that doesn't care enough about you or your health to do things right. And that's kind of sad, considering how many generations have turned to Betty Crocker for recipes.
