Helpful Book. It's especially good if you're injured or recovering from an illness and spending a lot of time in bed and want to build or maintain your strength. As someone who can never find time to go to the gym, I found this book to be incredibly helpful. Super easy to use. No excuses necessary. Can be used at night or in the morning, watching TV or even on the phone. Highly recommended to anyone who sleeps in a bed. This book was great, exercises are simple to follow and isolate the muscle groups for immediate results. You are shown how you can modify most movements to suit your physical needs and photos are helpful. It is nice to see an exercise program that almost anyone could use and enjoy with positive outcome and it is wonderful to see exercises that all of us can continue doing as we age.
