I'd say that it's like this - When you've got a 1960's TV sitcom where the most likable and interesting character in it is, in fact, an ordinary barnyard pig (Arnold) - Then - You know you're really in for some truly terrible viewing time. (And, that was the case here with "Green Acres")
Within just 3 episodes - This show's predictable, "one-note-joke" premiss was completely milked bone-dry. I cannot believe that this shallow "seen-it-all-before" show actually endured for 6 seasons.
And, finally - If I never hear "Green Acres" cringe-worthy theme song (or Eva Gabor's deliberately mangled mispronunciations) ever again - It'll certainly be too soon for me. ("You are my wife - Goodbye city life" - Blech!)
