Fascinating, though I don’t think I’ll be throwing a Titanic party any time soon. Some of the dishes mentioned take up to three days to prepare! My favorite tip was a little sidebar reminding your present-day staff how to properly serve and remove dishes. I’ll be sure to share that with my butler.
