Ignore Darryl's comment. This book is great. It puts you in the shoes of the best coach in NBA history. The book is basically a journal that Phil wrote from the beginning of the season to the end.

Interesting to go inside the day-to-day routines of a professional sports team. The book relies too much on basketball terms and ideas to the point that it's frustrating to read, even for a passive NBA fan like myself. Moreover, the book is frustrating because it illustrates how terrible many sports stars are, even though they should be delirious with joy for the lifestyle they lead. Overall, a decent and quick read.
