Well. This will spark ideas in beginner sewists that are young. It's a rough and ready approach so if you're looking for fine tailoring...give this a pass.

My real beef with this book was that the patterns were very retro, skirts super-short, and definitely not a style for everyone; I was hoping for something that offered more generalized patterns and tips for reusing clothing and fabric, and this book doesn't go into that at all.
