So far, from all Mrs. Jaffrey’s cooking books I read, this is her best. Lots of very interesting and tempting Indian recipes.

This is probably the best Madhur Jaffrey recipe book I've ever encountered. Delicious food in under an hour. For once the 'Quick & Easy' title is entirely deserved.
