Anti-femminist novel of the year! Lead can't think for herself and keeps going back to her "true love" despite the fact that he treats her like garbage and had never done anything to earn her love. Blech!

Passion put me in a constant kind of torture. We left off with Luce disappearing into a shadow, to see her and Daniel’s relationship over millennials. Along the way to her first destination, she meets a gargoyle, Bill. Daniel has also travelled through a portal, desperate to find Luce. Yet, he always seems to be one step behind her and does not find her until the end. Meanwhile, Bill helps Luce travel through different eras, and in each, she sees why Daniel’s love for her has blossomed so strongly. But there is a curse upon them, a curse that forces Luce to burn to ashes as soon as she starts to develop feelings for Daniel as well. Luce wants to get to the bottom of the curse, to get rid of it. But as time goes on, she sees that Daniel is the one that must mourn her for 17 years, until she returns again. From this, Luce decides to kill her eternal soul, the thing that is pushing her and Daniel together. But she cannot seem to go through with it. Bill now takes a form that Luce would have never imagined he would have in him, Satan. At the end of the novel, Daniel thankfully finds Luce along with the others, and they prepare themselves for battle against Satan. Rating: 4/5

Absolutely loved the book and can't wait to read Rapture. The series has me hooked.

I am rarely a fan of time travel, and this book was no exception. Which is a shame because the first two books of the series were so good. I got the feeling that the author wanted to take a break to write something different so she threw this book together. It almost would have been better as a series of novellas rather than a complete third volume. I am one third of the way through the fourth book, Rapture, and I haven't needed any of the information from Passion to keep up with the story.

I could not put this book down. it was addicting. Yeah I did cringe a bit at some of Luce's choices but she is human after all, and no one is perfect. near the end there is a twist and someone unexpected is involved.

In my opinion the book was romantic, beautiful and sad at the same time. I kind of had a guess as to who Bill really was ( a vague one) but wasn't really sure. Turns out I was right. I can't wait to read the last book.

This book was quite a thriller! I remember waiting fro this book to come out since forever! Now that I had finally got to read the book it was very interesting that I couldnt even put the book down! From Fallen to Torment to Passion, I loved how the third book had more vivid colors on the cover!

"No pretending." Bill shook his head. "Own it. Own that cleavage, girl, you know you want to." "Okay, I am pretending you didn't say that." Luce laugh-winced...

Passion is the third book in the series (behind Fallen and Torment) with the fourth book "Rapture" due out Spring 2012. This book tells the story of Luce going back through her past lives to try to prove if Daniel really loves her or is his attraction to her simply an automatic response as a result of the curse,
and if there is a way to break the curse altogether.
Passion is told from two different points of view-Luce's and Daniel's, so if you are team Daniel you'll be pleased to see things from his perspective.
