I would've rated this book higher because I truly enjoyed it, but there were writing errors/proofreading errors in several places throughout the book. She starts off talking about one person, and then winds up writing about another without any segue.

This book is about how four women come together based on the common interest of shoes. In the beginning, you learn about each character and then how they unite. However, the ending leaves a few questions unanswered. Hopefully, the sequel will have the answer.

Helene is feeling trapped in her marriage as a Senator’s wife, Lorna is swamped by eBay debt, Sandra is battling agoraphobia and Jocelyn is stuck as a nanny for a family from hell. What is the answer to all of these problems? – Shoes of course! Drawn together through their love of designer shoes and a common 7 ½ shoe size the women form a club to swap shoes and in the process find a firm friendship that helps them deal with adversity. From debt, to blackmail, bankruptcy and dating, there is nothing that the love of good friends and shoes can’t overcome.
