I do love these mysteries. Josie Prescott is such a good main character... and we lose and add characters here that are worthy of reading about!

Another great Josie Prescott novel. I learned a lot about sailor art work.

This book taught me a new word: scrimshander. I won't tell you what it means, but the setting should make it obvious.
As for the story, as usual Josie gets herself into a pickle, although when things get deadly, she is not the target, but she is in the same room.
