Raphael is a bright kid with a big imagination: he's full of ideas for books and pictures, rock bands and costume parties. At his old school his imagination won him lots of friends, but at his new school he has only one, Myriam, and she's away for the summer.
So in an effort to make new friends, Raphael enters a video game contest. Everything is fine until his rival Damian sabotages Raphael's game machine. Raphael vows to get revenge, but revenge proves to be more trouble than it's worth. In the end, the rivalry between Raphael and Damian is setled with a good, fair contest.
"Video Rivals" is the story of one boy's efforts to adapt to changing circumstances and to play fair at the same time.
