The reason for the 1 star:

At least I can read the notes in the eBook which I can't in the hard copy. But I can't print out the pages and so it's not that useful unless one has a tablet which I don't. The print version is just awful because the notes are very small and the book is thick and doesn't stay open. I wonder what they were thinking.
