Book four of Transmetropolitan holds the 6-issue story called "The New Scum". It details the electoral race between the current President (the Beast and named by Spider) and challenger Callahan (the Smiler). We find out the results. It's a good read and maintains the consistency of the first 3 books. Highly recommended for fans of Warren Ellis.
