This book is a summary of the history of Monsanto. It includes the products it has created and offered under its own patents. Most important, in my view, is the genetic manipulation that has resulted in Genetically Modified Organisms now embedded in herbicide resistant seeds which allow the planting of such crops resistant to herbicides such as Roundup, to produce a weed free harvest. Corn, soybeans, and alfalfa have been so modified and now are in use with FDA approval.

Had the information herein been widespread during the California General Election in 2012, I believe that the vote to label Genetically Modified Organisms in food products (Proposition 37) would have passed overwhelmingly.

With President Obama's signing into law, the last week of March 2013, the "Monsanto Protection Act," this book is more important than ever! From Monsanto's original whistleblowing scientist, warning of the dangerous genetic mutations caused by Monsanto's GMOs, to their Terminator Seeds, the legislation signed by Obama ushers in an evermore dangerous era in America, and the ignorant consumer must transform themselves into the knowledgeable citizen, or face dire consequences!
