This book is almost exactly what the title says, except the actual plan is 14 weeks, and only if you can already do 6 consecutive pullups. If not, there is a prep program as well. It can all be done at home with a pull up bar, and the actual goal is to hit 50 consecutive pull ups, which is no mean feat.
Simple and easy to understand - it took about 30 mins to skim the whole book.
