Generally good. I was not a fan of the entree section, as it was mostly sandwiches, pizzas, and pastas. I find that gets really old on a vegan diet, and is not helpful if you are reducing your intake of processed flours.

BUT, it does have the BEST recipe for saag that I have found, yet. And I have tried every saag recipe under the sun.

Not a bad cookbook to check out, but I definitely would not spend money on it.

Some really good recipes. I have made the high-protein oat breakfast bars 3 times already.

I found the recipes a bit obscure, and there were almost no pictures. The book layout does not make it easy to cook with; it closes up automatically like a paperback. There are better vegan books out there, such as Vegan on $4 a Day.
