Rate this:
Charlie is handed a crappy senior year. Despite losing thirty pounds over the summer, he still gets called "Chunks" Grisner. What's worse, he has to share a locker with the biggest Lord of the Rings freak his school has ever seen. He also can't figure out whether Charlotte VanderKleaton, the beautiful strawberry lip-glossed new girl, likes him the way he likes her. Oh, and then there's his mom. She's disappeared--again--and his dad won't talk about it. Somewhere between the madness, Charlie can at least find comfort in his one and only talent that just might get him out of this life-sucking place. But will he be able to hold his head above water in the meantime?

I found this book was very boring, nothing intresting was happening. i found the author was trying to hard to make it intresting,

so he likes this girl who seems nice and innocent but really shes just a messed up dumb thinks-shes-so-cool type of girl.

it was cute cause they made it sound like there were in love, but it was confusing because there was her friend who is a guy who was always mean to charlie, i wasnt sure if her was a ex boyfriend maybe? cause thats what his character showed!

but reallly the girl was dumb and her "friend" (the jock and preppy type) was daring charlie to put weed in his locker partner cookies that charlie was needing to make cookies for (he had to share a locker with a nerdy girl)

and over all i found it was a waste of time! it was a boring dumb book.

so what im saying is: DONT WASTE YOU'RE TIME DON'T READ IT!
