Interesting and well written. Note that this is about *Food Network* and the business of building a television network devoted to food. You won't find a ton of gossip related to your favorite Food Network stars; nor will you find cooking tips or anything of that nature. But, if you're interested in pop culture, and want behind-the-scenes info about this channel, you're in business.
