This book just made me feel Sad.
There wasn't any great new information....lots of study reports.
Not very motivational at all. A very boring read.
No real information that he has not already put in one of his other books.

I kind of object to the generalizations he makes about women, for instance what boosts our confidence - a new hair cut, a pair of high heeled shoes - I think that is a man talking, not women. Also, there is nothing new in this book to help a person be skinny. There are no secrets.
