Great book to learn about how the farmer's markets are created. Story starts as the farmers are getting ready to harvest different food items, then going to bed and getting up very early to prepare food items before they can be transported to where that day's market will be. The book shows them setting up canopies with some weather causing some problems, and then at the end of the day, packing up to leave, but first cleaning up the area. A must read for families who visit farmer's markets. We should all be grateful for what hard work goes into a farmer's market so we can get fresh food and meet the people who grow them.
