As usual, very good, lots of action, though also lots of violence. Of particular note is his comments about phones at the end. Really important to think about.
Already have a copy, to which I am currently listening. As always with John 'Sandford', highly entertaining, great paced action and thrills. I have followed 'Sandford's' Prey series from the very beginning, and have every book in hard cover - including his 'Virgil Flowers' books. This Pulitzer prize winner (cannot recall his true last name at this moment) is well deserving of the Pulitzer - he can draw you into a story until all else fades away...excellent on CD or MP3 for in the car, whether it be a short or long drive! There is some harsh language, and because it portrays 'real life' types situations involving police officers as well as political scenarios, there is language that is going to be offensive to some people; however, being the wife of a retired police officer, I can assure you that this is realistic to how cops talk to each other (even more true especially when politicians get involved). If you do NOT care for swearing, profanity or any type of described violence, this is not for you - which is too bad, because the story lines are phenomenal!
Did not listen to due to language and no content.
Too scary how this could actually happen: hope it doesn't give any crazies any ideas! Always satisfying, I love a Lucas read.
Very timely story and as usual very good.
