Outstanding work and achievement by Prof. Rivera.

Hardcare sociology at its finest [even though written by business prof]!

I experienced serious job interview PTSD from reading this - - made me recall that horrible telephone interview for a computer job at Aon Consulting, the female who was so insulting over the phone later transferred to their WTC office, and can be heard over the phone inquiring of a 911 operator on the morning of 9/11/01 whether she should remain or leave the tower just hit by a jet airliner? She would die in that tower that day.
