The no-f*cks-given, no-holds-barred guide to living your best lifeEver find yourself stuck at the office-or even just glued to the couch-when you really want to get out (for once), get to the gym (at last), and get started on that "someday" project you're always putting off? It's time to get your sh*t together. In The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck, "anti-guru" Sarah Knight introduced readers to the joys of mental decluttering. This book takes you one step further—organizing the f*cks you want and need to give, and cutting through the bullsh*t cycle of self-sabotage to get happy and stay that way.

If you want a book that will put you to found it!
The 1st part she is basically advertising her first book. There's an over reference of Alvin and the chipmunks. I get the analogy but seriously. She keeps saying that this book will teach you how to get your shit together. It hasn't taught me anything I didn't already know and do. She rambles on too much. I would not waste my time reading this book.

Probably something usable in here but I find her writing style and use of the English language unreadable.

Recommend checking out "The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results" instead.

Repeat of what you read/hear in similar titles. Easy small ideas to implement to organize, move forward and reduce anxiety.

A refreshingly, blunt, kick-in-the-pants guide to getting things done and having fun.

Sarah Knight is ridiculous and hilarious and spot on much of the time. There are a few good things in here. And I found out I'm a Simon.
