Best Pizza Dough recipe I have tried. Two 16" hand-tossed / thin NY style pizza's are what you end up with from one recipe of dough. Super helpful instructions with step by step pictures for people that have not made yeast dough or pizza dough before. I enjoyed the post-it-note comments in the book too. My first pizza's using the recipes / methods, such as how to put the sauce & fresh mozzarella on, turned out fabulous. I looked thru the rest of the book but had to turn it back in 'cause other people have it on hold. I did scan in the pizza dough recipe & how to cook the pizza at the library because this is how I'm going to make my pizza's at home from now on. I don't have a pizza stone so just turned a rimmed cookie sheet over and let it heat up in the oven, while I made the pizza itself on a cutting board with a piece of parchment paper cut to fit the back of the pan. Then you just slide the pizza off the board over onto the flat side of the pan leaving it on the parchment. Got nice and crispy on the bottom. I am an experienced cook but I think even a beginning cook could make a great pizza if you can follow directions. Highly Recommend.
