What. the. heck. Some very vivid violence in this book made me surprised at the YA rating but it certainly did add to my enjoyment of the novel. And that crazy twist at the end!!!

The Cane family may look perfect from the outside, but are actually far from it. After an accident that kills the youngest Cane sister the family takes a turn for the worst. The mother is able to bring her back to life but she comes back with a ravenous hunger for human flesh. This family is put to the test to see just how far they are willing to go to save the youngest Cane sister.
A good horror book to read in October to get into the Halloween spirit. Although the whole plot is given away in the synopsis, it was still interesting to see this family come together and kill to save the youngest sister. Rating 2 out 5 stars.
