When vacationing in Chile, an aging and pampered rock star's supermodel wife is suddenly kidnapped by renegades. Unable to navigate more than ordering a sandwich from room service, now he must take to the backstreets of Santiago in this hilarious caper that is as entertaining as it is hair-raising.

This was not a great film, but if you need something silly to waste a few hours, this isn't a horrible choice. This is NOT comedic gold, genuine intelligent comedy, which is what they were going for I think and missed, badly. This is, however, pretty fun if you don't take it seriously and approach it more as a Saturday morning cartoon, or the Keystone Cops. Banderas is a little out of his depth in this role (he doesn't seem to be a very good comedic actor based on this performance), but if you can look past that, he has some funny moments. One character is a complete womanizer, and they try to be sensitive to that in the #MeToo era by allowing him to correct himself and apologize - which just comes across as hypocritical and stupid, not funny - either the jokes are funny and worth including, OR they are crude and inappropriate and they should be left out. Aside from those two HUGE components, there are some pretty fun moments. If you have other comedies on your list, I suggest you try them first, but I got some chuckles out of this film.

Antonio Banderas must have needed a paycheck because this is the worst movie I've ever watched.
