I don't understand the criticism that someone in Canada might be living in Multnomah County, checking their books out in Portland, but grocery shopping in Canada? I was pretty sure they had libraries, too. When I read the book I'll give some more info on content.

This is quite an exhaustive book to help readers on how to save money and includes many tips that anyone can use. Includes chapters on meal planning, grocery shopping, using coupons, bulk buying, once-a-month cooking and even some tips on eating out. The only caveat is that the book is intended for an American audience, so prices and coupon strategy may not be applicable or possible in Canada, but still, the principles outlined can be applied here.
