A quick read, with lots of helpful, easy to digest tips, like why it's a good strategy to play favorites as a manager (give your employees a goal to work towards and reward them well for their efforts). Cy discusses giving up the need to be right in favor of being effective, and also emphasizes an approach to dealing with drama in the workplace that focuses on sticking to the facts and refusing to allow yourself and those you manage to base decisions and actions on stories and perceptions. Lots of good stuff!
