Victimized couple to a new home needs to deal with the emotional attachment of its previous owner. Well crafted thriller but subtle on the probability factor. Hey, it's a fun popcorn movie with lots of moments to allow the viewer to ask "what would I have done here...". Not a fan of the ending but engaging throughout. Dennis Quaid in his "senior" years (he's 65; which is the new 40 I'm told) does make a good villain.
